Event Information: 

We remain committed to continue raising the bar, with your amazing support, in the fight against Pediatric Cancer.  Thank you for your continued backing and generosity over the years, which has been pivotal to the exponential growth of Hops 4 Hope, along with our connected beer festival, "Pours for a Purpose".  We are hoping you can join us for this year's big day planned on Saturday, September 19th.  For the first time ever, based on your feedback, we will be shifting Pours for a Purpose from two, 2-hour sessions to one 3-hour session with an hour VIP session prior to the festival general admission: VIP Hour: 1:00-2:00PM - Pours for a Purpose GA: 2:00-5:00PM.  We are requesting the same arrival time as last year: 11:00 -12:00PM for set up – Our team will be here very early ready to help, wherever needed, so feel free to arrive prior.  We will continue to firm up all needed details along the way, but in short, we ask participating breweries to provide the following:
 

• Beer for one session, which will naturally be a more busy pouring experience with the new format.  We are hoping for 400+ people during the GA, dependent on day of sales.....3-4oz pours per brand.   We are asking all participating, partner breweries to donate a ½ keg and one 1/6 in total volume across brands; variety encouraged - cans/bottles are more than ok if that works better for you!  If any issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly (610-554-2564).

  • One or more unique beers that will only be available to the VIP guests.​

• Cooler/keg bucket/ or bus tote to keep draft beer cold … We do bus totes for cans/bottles but if you happen to have an extra or two you can bring to expedite set-up, it is appreciated.

• Pop Up Tent for your set-up space, which will border the large festival area tent.

  • We will have a large 80x20' tent to cover the supporting fest goers, but always appreciate if you are able to bring a pop-up tent to be comfortable during the event.  Branded, or not, welcomed!

• Brewery Representative to Pour

• Any specific signage you would like, but we will have a nice sign made for each brewery again this year; so if you would like to bring signage for what you are pouring or additional signage, feel free!

• If kegs, jockey box set up.
   

What we will have ready for you:
 

• Table set with an individual sign printed for your space… We are planning 8’ tables, two breweries per table. Laid out, surrounding the large fest tent.

• Ice

• Beers to enjoy all day

• Hops 4 Hope tasting glass 

• Our undying appreciation, friendship & love.
   

We also plan on hosting another big, pre-party hangs event on brew day of the big collaboration Hops 4 Hope beer, to be canned & kegged and released during the big week.  We will be sending out more details and a proper invite to the party shortly, as we firm up the dates/details.  Same as with last year, if anyone is interested in buying cans and/or kegs of this beer to have on tap at your location, we can set aside the volume requested and will be donating a portion of each sale to the cause.
