For the fifth year in a row, in addition to the typical Hops 4 Hope festivities (live music all day, raffle prizes, beer release(s), the brewery is hosting the “Pours For A Purpose” Beer Festival portion for the cause. This beer festival is supported by the extreme generosity of the breweries involved.

Lost Tavern Brewing is back with its 11th year of “Hops 4 Hope” on September 19th, 2026. This yearly charity event includes a beer fest (held in the parking lot next to Lost Tavern’s new production facility at 720 Main Street behind the Dunkin Donuts), and 100% of ticket sales & t-shirt sales proceeds will be donated to the fight against Pediatric Cancer!

The first 10 years of the event held by Lost Tavern Brewing has raised over $160,000. This goes through Penn State University’s THON and will be donated directly to the Pennsylvania State Children’s Hospital via PSU's Lehigh Valley campus.

For the first time in Hops 4 Hope history, we will be making the move to one 3-Hour Session with a VIP ticket option available, giving you access to one or more exlusive offerings from each participating brewery for one full hour prior to the 3-hour general admission ticket entry. GA and VIP tickets grant access to our beer fest grounds, which is less than a block away from our Hellertown taproom, in the large parking lot adjacent to our 7,000sq ft production facility… With your “Pours for a Purpose” ticket purchase, you will also receive a commemorative tasting glass, a large, poster print of the 2026 beer label , and, of course, Hops 4 Hope General Admission to the taproom! This is a *rain or shine event* — sorry, no refunds as all ticket funds generated are used to make for a great day with 100% of ticket proceeds donated to the fight against pediatric cancer. A small amount of T-shirts will be available for purchase the day of the event and an order form for shirts to be purchased with proceeds donated.

VIP Session: 1-2PM

General Admission Session: 2-5PM
